Team Building

Team building in clay is a wonderfully fun way to bring your team together or celebrate your successes. Let Clay with Carole inspire your team event in our studio or on your own premises. Your team session will encourage social interaction, communication and teamwork. People also find the creative and tactile nature of clay very relaxing and therapeutic, making it a great way to promote wellbeing amongst your staff.

You can choose either wet messy wheel throwing, creative hand building or a combination of both methods. Each participant will produce their own unique pieces or jointly create a larger collaborative piece for your workplace. The process will generate a sense of achievement for all participants.

The activity is creative and fun and can include pottery games or be focused on specific themes to suit you. Every session is bespoke and tailored to your goals.

Teams of up to 30 people can visit us in the studio, or we can come to you for your team event for any number of people!

What a fantastic experience. Excellent way to bring our team together.

I organised and attended a team building session at Clay with Carole for 10 participants, made up of hand building and clay throwing on the wheel. Talia and Sarah were such knowledgeable and accommodating hosts, who were flexible to our needs and very accommodating of our lack of experience! What I also loved is that they made sure that all of us will leave with something to be proud of!

Our office booked a team event for our colleague who was leaving as a surprise and we had an amazing afternoon!! We made tiles with a special memory of our colleague and once they are fired we will mount on a board for her garden. We also had an opportunity to make a dish to have as a souvenir. Finally, we took part in a 5 minute tea-pot challenge by throwing the components on the wheel. It was so much fun. We all had an amazing time and would highly recommend as a team building event. Some of us already planning to come back for future sessions. Thank you so much, Carole.

A fabulous afternoon with Carole for our late Amber Health Christmas do. 10 of us made very different clay creations. We sung along to the radio and had a jolly good laugh at each others efforts. Carole was enthusiastic about all our individual projects and the results were in the end amazing. A good team building exercise – you never know how creative your colleagues can be! Excellent fun.
